Overview
Sotheby’s International Realty Qatar & Oman, under the Alfardan Group, sought to establish a refined and regionally relevant presence across digital platforms. Our work centered on art direction, content creation, and social media design, bringing consistency, clarity, and thoughtful storytelling to the brand’s real estate offering in the Gulf region.
Challenge
The main goal was to shape a visual identity that respected Sotheby’s global branding while adapting it for a new audience. We needed to find a balance between tradition and modernity, ensuring the visuals reflected the regional landscape, architectural diversity, and market expectations across Qatar and Oman.
Approach
Our design direction focused on structure, simplicity, and atmosphere, through a content strategy that highlighted properties with clean layouts, grounded color palettes, and curated motion. Cultural motifs were subtly integrated through tone, imagery, and rhythm, enhancing local relevance without overwhelming the global identity. The result is a cohesive social media presence that feels grounded, elegant, and in tune with the brand’s regional voice.

Consistent, Informed, Contextual
Social Media Content
The content strategy for Sotheby’s Qatar & Oman was rooted in clarity, consistency, and contextual relevance. Each post was crafted to highlight the unique features of available properties while reflecting the broader architectural and cultural landscape of the region. We developed a flexible visual system, clean layouts, structured typography, and a simple palette, that ensured every asset, from static posts to animated Reels, felt cohesive and on-brand.
Beyond listings, the content included informative posts, regional insights, and engaging story formats that gave followers a deeper understanding of the market. Animated content brought movement and tactility to select listings, enhancing storytelling while supporting discoverability. Cultural sensitivity played a key role, visual tone and language were adapted to suit the context, resonating with a diverse but discerning local audience.
